How long will I have to train to be proficient in krav maga? |

Krav maga is a very easy system to learn however it can take up to three months for the basis of our self defence techniques to become muscle memory. Our beginners package will fast track this learning curve. |

What will it cost me to train in your school? |

What should I bring to my taster session? |

Firstly a smile this always helps then I suggest comfortable tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt, water, towel and any protective equipment E.G groin guard, mouth guard - don’t worry if you don’t have these. |

Is there a chance that I may hurt myself during training? |
|

Even though krav maga is a street based system where there are no referees, I will do every thing possible to make your training as safe as I can but please accept that there is always the chance of the odd bruise here and there. |

Do I have to be fit to train in krav maga? |

Your fitness levels are not important at the start of your training, your fitness and stamina will greatly increase within a very short time period. |

Can women train effectively in Krav maga? |

Absolutely. Ladies are most welcome and our school trains both males and females. There may however be certain techniques that are different for women and we will work with you to make sure that that we find out what works for you. |

Do you train children in krav maga? |

Yes we run children's classes which are designed to build confidence and awareness - We also teach kids anti bullying techniques. The training is disciplined and is great fun, kids will also learn about fitness. Parents who would like their children too train with us are asked to call Colin for an informal chat this is to allow me to properly gauge what your child needs. |

What are the ages you accept in your school? |

Adult classes are from 14 to 65.
Children’s classes are from 6 to 14. |
