| On the 6th and 7th February we held our first weekend beginners package I am very proud to report that the weekend was a great success, all the participants had a fun filled time with loads of great self defense techniques and lots of challenges to keep them busy. |

|
|
| We had students from all different backgrounds; some had no martial arts experience and were fairly unfit, and we had some who where highly experienced and fit. They gelled together very well with almost every one helping each over too get through the course. The new students learned a huge amount about their own reactions to being attacked and also got to experience the adrenal response that one has to over come to defend themselves properly. |
